Terms & Conditions
1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sophia CRE website and related informational pages operated by Sophia CRE, Inc. (“Sophia CRE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including sophiacre.ai (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Who we are
Sophia CRE, Inc. is a Delaware corporation based in Tempe, Arizona. The Site describes our platform, partner network, and how to request a conversation with our team.
3. Informational use — no professional advice
Site content is for general information only. It is not legal, investment, tax, accounting, or other professional advice, and it does not create a client, advisory, fiduciary, or investment relationship. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation to buy, any security or investment interest.
4. Conversations, demos, and registration
Requesting a conversation or demo through Calendly or similar tools does not guarantee availability, partnership, or access to any paid product. Any future paid subscription, pilot, or partnership will be governed by a separate written agreement.
5. Payments
The public Site itself does not process product subscription payments. If you later purchase services from Sophia CRE, payment terms will be stated in that separate agreement or checkout flow. Third-party processors (if used) handle card data under their own policies.
6. Intellectual property
The Site — including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, layout, and other materials — is owned by Sophia CRE or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, scrape at scale, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Site materials without our prior written consent, except for limited personal, non-commercial viewing of the Site.
7. Acceptable use & participant conduct
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting unauthorized access, disrupting service, introducing malware, harassing others, impersonating any person or entity, or using the Site for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or block access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
8. Confidentiality
If you share non-public business information with us in a conversation or evaluation, we will treat it as confidential and use it only to respond to your inquiry or evaluate a potential relationship, unless you give permission, the information is or becomes public through no fault of ours, or disclosure is required by law. Separate NDAs may apply when executed in writing.
9. Third-party links & tools
The Site may link to third-party services (including scheduling tools). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Sophia CRE is not responsible for third-party sites or tools.
10. No guarantees
We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, NOI improvements, or results from using information on the Site or from any future use of Sophia CRE products. Implementation decisions and operational results remain your responsibility.
11. Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOPHIA CRE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOPHIA CRE AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sophia CRE from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
14. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes lies in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
